1. Overview

At Vunarexxxychrele, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Dutch national law, including the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), in particular Book 7 on specific contracts (title 1 – purchase and exchange, and title 5 – distance contracts).

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and its implementation in Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may:

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

3.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned

In accordance with EU law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Goods that have been opened and pose a contamination or safety risk

As PureTone Vital is a dietary supplement, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Shipping, Delivery and Return Process

4.1 Shipping and Delivery (Pre-Purchase Information)

Delivery times and shipping costs are clearly indicated before you complete your order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the Netherlands is usually 2–4 business days; international delivery times depend on destination. You will receive order confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

4.2 Steps to Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided

4.3 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong product
  • The product does not match its description

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

5. Refunds

5.1 Processing Time

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We will not charge any fees for the refund.

5.3 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price. We may deduct from the refund any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5.4 Original Shipping Costs

If you received free shipping, no shipping costs will be deducted. If you paid for shipping, we will refund standard shipping costs (not express or premium shipping options you may have chosen).

6. Defective or Damaged Products

6.1 Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6.2 Defective Products

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the product or provide a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our return process and place a new order.

8. Legal Warranty

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to remedies under the legal guarantee for conformity of goods as provided by Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek Book 7, implementing EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods). If goods do not conform with the sales contract, you have the right to have the goods brought into conformity, receive a price reduction, or terminate the contract. These rights are in addition to any contractual warranty we may offer.

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company as processing times vary
